Due to the current health emergency Crossfield Heating and Air Conditioning has implemented the following procedures to help ensure the health and safety of our technicians and valued clients.

Our Technicians:
Any technician exhibiting any symptoms of a respiratory illness (ex. Sore throat, cough, fever,etc.) is being directed to stay at home
Any technician who may have had contact with a person with COVID19 or under investigation of COVID19 is being told to stay home

Our Clients:
Our office will be calling you a day ahead of time to check on the health status of your family
The questions asked will be: Has anyone in your home traveled to a foreign country in the last 14 days? Has anyone in your home been in contact with a person with COVID19 or under investigation of COVID19?

Are you in an "at risk" category for COVID19?
Is anyone in your home exhibiting any symptoms of a respiratory illness (ex. Sore throat, cough, fever, etc.)
If the answer is yes to any of the questions above we will work with you to reschedule the call as soon as the health crisis allows.
As this is uncharted territory for all of us, we encourage you to call the office with any concerns and
suggestions for improvement as we work through this crisis. We know that together our community will rise to the occasion. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep our team members and clients' health and safety at the forefront.
